WHY
Our nonprofit organization is committed to community service, environmental preservation, and education. We aim to empower individuals to make a positive impact in their communities while fostering a sense of responsibility towards the environment. Through our volunteer event, participants have the opportunity to raise funds for their specific organizations while contributing to our collective mission.

HOW
We provide the platform and necessary tools for volunteers to engage in a cleanup event focused on collecting primarily recyclable materials. To make this initiative mutually beneficial, volunteers are encouraged to seek sponsors, such as family and friends, who will pledge a penny per pound based on the weight of recyclables collected. Sponsors can make their pledges prior to the outing, ensuring a seamless process.

WHAT
Join us for our volunteer event where you'll have the chance to make a tangible difference plus raise funds for your specific organization. Take charge by reaching out to potential sponsors who will pledge “pennies per pound” of recyclables collected during the outing. By participating, you not only support your organization's initiatives but also contribute to our shared goal of giving back, preserving the environment, and promoting education. Click the sponsor sheet below to get started!
In the "Example Template," you'll find a filled-out form for a scout named Henry Johnson, who's raising funds for Scouts BSA. Henry signed up to volunteer on August 29th, 2024, from 12 pm to 4 pm. Before the scheduled event, he reached out to family, friends, and a local business, who all pledged different amounts to support his cause. His goal is then to collect as much rubbish as possible with his group for that day in order to reach the set limit his sponsors are willing to donate. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us via email: info@spearheadprojectearth.org
After each outing, you can check out photos on our social media, and find out how many pounds were collected!
